How has working with Lisa helped you?
I have been training with Lisa for the last 5 months. I had come to Lisa originally because I wanted to tone up and get some definition prior to my wedding in October. During my wedding I felt fantastic and am so happy with the way I felt and looked in my dress that day.
I feel like I have surpassed the goal I originally set with Lisa in the beginning. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with Lisa to achieve other goals and to make sure I continue to feel fit and strong through my next few exciting life milestones.
Since training with Lisa I have been able to notice a change in my clothing size, even tho I didn’t lose any weight on the scales, I was eating more, and making healthier choices as well. Lisa also has helped me to have more of a positive outlook on life and situations, and has a holistic approach to health and fitness.
Coming to Lisa twice a week is always enjoyable, it’s a positive space to come to, she is always motivating and encouraging you to do your best in fitness and in life!
