Sharon Lost 10kg and 65cm in 15 weeks

How has working with Lisa helped you?

I started with optimal health in June 2017 to lose 10kgs. It is the same 10kgs that I had been saying for 2 years I needed to lose but being a mum & working full time I didn’t give myself the time to do it.

I gave myself a deadline of 6 months to do this but with my past record thought the chances it would take me longer than that!!

The first 2 weeks I still had an injury in my hip from bursitis so wasn’t able to exercise but started the meal plan anyway.

Week 3 I started walking 5 days a week & at week 9 I started group fitness.

In the start I would literally drag myself out of bed as I was muscle sore for using muscles that I didn’t know I had!!

Week 15 I got to my goal weight & had lost the 10kgs.

I have & still find the program easy to follow & it works for me & my family.

Yes I have to be organised with my meal prep, yes I have to exercise, yes I have to be disciplined, yes I needed my families support & YES it is the best thing I have done for me. I have so much more energy, feel so much stronger & am pain free after years of lower back pain.

Yes I am so pleased I have done this for myself!!

It was the best move I ever made.
