After having my first baby I fell into a rut. That rut was eating everything in sight as breastfeeding was making me ravenous – and I found out that you need to do more than breastfeed to keep the scales going down.

Lisa was an absolute god send! She listened to what my likes and dislikes were to training and to eating and helped me get on track to getting me back to me – not this over weight person that had somehow inhabited my body.
I dove head first into training with Lisa and had her coach me in weight loss. All sessions were a good time – lots of chatter and just as much sweat and pain but always in a good way.
Lisa held me accountable to my eating and my training and was always understanding when that pesky wine entered the diet.
