How has working with Lisa helped you?
I couldn’t recommend Lisa enough for anyone who is challenged with controlling their weight or has negative thoughts towards their self image and a negative relationship with food. This was me (and to be honest, sometimes still me, but not as often).
After what seemed like a lifetime of eating disorders, obsessive exercising and calorie counting and never achieving ‘the perfect body’, I stumbled upon Lisa’s business card at the park over 2 years ago and decided to join her Spring in Summer Program.
This decision literally changed my life.
Though I resisted at first, I was gradually brought around to the errors in my ways of calorie counting and over exercising to get results (even though I never achieved them).
I honestly thought Lisa was crazy, telling me I shouldn’t count calories
!
Lisa introduced me to Healthpointe and my mind was blown. I was losing fat like I have never done before and feeling stronger, fitter, happier and lighter than I have ever done before.
I now strive for the healthiest body I can have and not ‘the perfect body’ that I use to see in magazines and obsess over having.

I still have times where I start to slip back into old habits but Lisa is there to remind me of my past success and guides me back to where I know I should be and to what I know works.
