How has working with Lisa helped you?

I have been training with Lisa for approx 18mths. When I first came to Lisa I was a very unhappy, unhealthy mum of 4 who felt lethargic and had poor core and pelvic floor strength.

Since training with Lisa, not only have I become stronger, healthier and fitter, but also happier and realise this is a lifestyle change that allows me to live a fuller, more active life.

I love working out in the positive environment Lisa has created and thoroughly enjoy the challenge she creates with each workout.
