How has working with Lisa helped you?
I came to Lisa primarily for an improvement in my health and well being. At the time I was overweight and knew that I needed to lose a minimum of 10kg. However, it was the inflammation in my feet and ankles that were causing me concern and pain on a daily basis.
I didn’t really know how to start addressing that but Lisa took my hand and gave me so many reassurances that I felt I could put my faith and trust in her. Lisa directed me to a weight loss and wellness program and I followed her instructions to the letter.
Every day I would get an email, motivating me and reminding me what the goals were that I had set. I live over an hour away from Lisa but would drive to meet her for PT at least three times a month. Her flexibility around my working hours was great and whilst I whinged every session, the results came fast.
Overall, I lost 15kgs, got fit and felt fantastic. The biggest achievement was that all pain was gone from my feet and ankles and I was able to wear a heel again (women will understand!).
