What can I expect from a group fitness session?

- Sessions last for around 60 mins and include a 5-10 min warm up and cool down and stretch
Group fitness or Personal Training?
Group fitness is a great way to ease into a fitness routine and create the exercise habit, which very few people actually commit to. I will show you what is possible, and how fulfilling training regularly is for the body, mind and soul.
Group training is more cost effective because for one low weekly price you can train as many times as you want each week.
Toning, weight loss, increased fitness, improved strength, more vital energy and less stress is what you can expect to achieve. However if you have more specific goals in mind or prefer the exclusivity and privacy, you may prefer 1 on 1 personal training.
